Meet the Tiger Team

Reed Brunson, President

Reed was born and raised in Baton Rouge, a graduate of Broadmoor High School and BRCC. In 2008 he was offered a position as Branch Manager of another staffing agency in the area. Responsibilities included sales, recruiting, and payroll. Always a people person, Reed became passionate about matching workers with jobs.

He founded Tiger Labor & Staffing in 2013 with a vision to become the #1 labor provider in the Baton Rouge area. Temporary labor is a unique industry. He takes pride in finding the right match for each employee and client. He states that he and his team will work tirelessly until both our client and our employees are satisfied.

Robert Hoch, Operations Manager

With over 10 years’ professional experience in staffing and recruiting, Robert is well-versed in the tools and procedures needed to help companies meet their staffing needs. While employed with Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, he was responsible for staffing and recruiting for all of DEQ and was tasked with training supervisors and managers of 4 state agencies.

Since joining Tiger Labor & Staffing in 2015, he has further expanded his experience into sales, workers’ compensation, temp-to-hire contracts, personnel management, OSHA compliance, and business management. Robert has a bachelor’s degree from LSU, is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association and is an active member on his local SHRM chapter.

Brittany Poole, Office Manager

Brittany joined the Tiger Labor and Staffing team in February 2019 as our staffing specialist, providing support in the recruiting process and daily operations. Her efforts continued to contribute to office duties, HR responsibilities, and overseeing everyday office work regarding workers and customers. She loves everything about Tiger Labor. “We are a tight-knit group who values the relationship with our customers by keeping every interaction a one-on-one in person experience.”

Teresa joined our team in the fall of 2022 as a Staffing Specialist. With over 7 years’ experience in financial services, she has a strong track record of meeting clients’ and customers’ needs by putting together custom solutions to fit their particular needs. Her extensive experience in processing financial transactions and customer service lends well to her mission at Tiger Labor of finding applicants good paying jobs to meet their need, and making sure business clients are served accurately. Her favorite part of working here is meeting a new group of applicants each day, and making Tiger Labor’s mission of getting good workers good jobs a reality.
