Reed Brunson, President

Reed Brunson founded Tiger Labor & Staffing with a simple belief: when you treat people well and keep your word, good things happen.

 A Baton Rouge native, Reed spent years in the staffing industry before launching Tiger Labor in 2013. He learned the business from the ground up — recruiting crews, solving last-minute challenges, and helping companies keep projects moving. Seeing what worked (and what didn’t), he set out to build a company focused on reliability, honesty, and follow-through.

 Under Reed’s leadership, Tiger Labor & Staffing connects dependable workers with real opportunities and helps businesses stay productive. He’s most proud of the relationships built and the reputation the company has earned for showing up and getting the job done.

 Outside of work, Reed is devoted to his kids, family, and life in Baton Rouge — and still considers “Dad” his favorite title.

Robert Hoch, Operations Manager

With over 12 years’ professional experience in staffing and recruiting, Robert is well-versed in the tools and procedures needed to help companies meet their staffing needs. While employed with Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, he was responsible for staffing and recruiting for all of DEQ and was tasked with training supervisors and managers of 4 state agencies.

Since joining Tiger Labor & Staffing in 2015, he has further expanded his experience into sales, workers’ compensation, temp-to-hire contracts, personnel management, OSHA compliance, and business management. Robert has a bachelor’s degree from LSU, is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association and is an active member on his local SHRM chapter.
